► If you have purchased your festival pass online:
Please pick up your physical festival pass at the Moviemento box office. Your movie ticket is only valid in combination with the physical festival pass!
► If you have purchased your festival pass at the box office:
Please link your Festival Pass to a Crossing Europe Online Ticketing account by entering your Festival Pass code.
Please note: From activation until the end of the festival, your online ticketing account will become a Festival Pass account and can only be used to reserve Festival Pass tickets during the festival period.
RESERVE YOUR TICKETS
► Online via your Festival Pass account or at the box office*.
► From the moment your Festival Pass is activated, you can reserve 1 ticket per screening for the entire festival period.
► Log into your Festival Pass account (ticketing.crossingeurope.at), select a seat and reserve your ticket.
► ATTENTION: You must confirm your ticket reservation 180 to 20 minutes prior to the start of the screening. Non-confirmed reservations expire 20 minutes before the event! Confirmation is possible online (you will receive your ticket by e-mail as a PDF, valid for admission to the venue) or at the box office at the venue.
* At the box office, ticket sales and the issue of tickets are prioritized. Therefore, there may be longer waiting times if you wish to reserve your Festival Pass tickets at the box office. Tickets reserved directly at the box office can only be collected at the box office.
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
► 180 – 20 minutes before the screening starts, you must confirm your reservation online through your festival pass account, otherwise the reservation will expire! You will then receive your online ticket by e-Mail as a PDF, valid for admission to the cinema. Tickets reserved online can also be picked up at the box office (180 –20 minutes before the screening begins)
► For admission, please have your festival pass and ID ready alongside your ticket.
EXTRAS
► With your valid festival pass, you may use the Priority Line on the Nightline and get free admission at Lentos Kunstmuseum and Nordico Stadtmuseum.NOTES
► By purchasing a festival pass or attending a Crossing Europe event, you agree to the festival's Code of Conduct. The festival pass is non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with a current photo ID. The festival pass is not an admission ticket and does not guarantee a seat. We assume no liability for reserved or canceled screenings. There is no entitlement to tickets for specific screenings or to a specific total number of tickets.
