TOVO is an animated movie that uses digital animation techniques as well as analog ones. It shows the development of visual thoughts and invites to take part in this process. The soundtrack was created by Werner Puntigam.

Director's Biography
Thomas Steiner (*1956, Wels) is a Linz-based artist working with processes at the edge of static and moving images. Recent film: “FLUIDE” (2018; CE'18).
