Over the course of 14 hours and 21 minutes, a mini excavator is burying itself. A construction machine designed for loosening and moving soil and rock, for digging and refilling. With each excavation it is getting rid of its own power.
Director's Biography
Pia Mayrwöger, b. 1986 in Kefermarkt, studies experi- mental design at the University of Arts in Linz. Films like “Marodeur” (2013) are part of her many-faceted artistic work.
